County indicators are aggregated across the regulated utilities in each county (Annex 9). Utility scores are out of 200 across nine KPIs (Tables 3.4a and 3.4b); private utilities are ranked separately.
Colour bands split the 47 counties into five groups of roughly equal size for the chosen indicator, so a band shows a county's position relative to others, not whether it meets a WASREB benchmark. Gusii WSP serves both Kisii and Nyamira, so the two counties share its indicators. Tuuru (Meru) and Two Rivers (Nairobi) submitted no data; Kapenguria reported no drinking-water-quality figure.
